Rates

• The prices vary based on the season, holidays, and length of stay, ranging from €80 to €120 per night.
• Prices are in euros and include VAT, water supply, electricity, heating, towels and bed linen.

Reservations

• A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to be sent via bank transfer. The balance of the reservation must be paid on arrival by cash
• The balance can be paid by cash, or paypal at the arrival.
• If the payment will not be soldered, you will not entitled to enter in to the apartment, and you will also lose your deposit.

Cancellation policy

• In case of cancellation the 30% deposit payed at the booking time will not be refunded.

Check-in and check-out

• Check-in from 2:30 pm to 7 pm. In case of late arrival or delay please give us a heads up
• Check-out within 10,30 am. Late check-out available with surcharge.
• Guests personal data will be registered upon arrival and forwarded to the local security authorities as required by Italian law.

Guests

• Unregistered people are not allowed to stay overnight.
• Tourist tax is € 2.00 for guest per night for the first 4 night of your stay. Children under 12 are exempted.

Services Included

• Packaged breakfast (for the first three days)
• Towels and bed linen changed every 7 days.

Extra services 

• Cleaning of the house (if your stay is longer the 7 days)

PETS

• Animals of any kind, including rodents and birds, are not allowed.
