Charming space and a great host! The apartment is outside the village and is extremely quiet and peaceful. Maria went above and beyond for all of our needs. The village had everything that we needed. 2 small grocers, 2 butchers and 2 weekly market days. Wandering around the medieval village never gets old. Wonderful stay at Alessandra’s apartment. Very peaceful & incredible view to watch sunset. Alessandra was very welcoming & helpful.About a 20min walk up to Cortona - but pretty steep! And a 15 min walk down to local small supermarket.Will definitely be back!

Very easy to feel right at home at this lovely little house. The hostess is great. The place is super clean. The views are stunning. The hostess gives you total privacy and even though they live on the premises, you don't hear her at all. The place is really quiet both during the day and night. A huge plus for me personally - even while sitting outside in the evening, I didn't encounter a single mosquito. The bed was really squeaky, but she was not aware as she had changed it relatively recently and promised to look into it. The couch - very comfy. The accommodation is in a really beautiful location. The view is wonderful on the hillside with a view of the valley. When the sky is clear, you also have a perfect spot to watch the sunset.The house is furnished in a rustic Italian style, cosy and clean.Alesandra was a very friendly and helpful hostess. We really enjoyed our stay there and felt very comfortable. This place is the closest you will be from paradise, on earth! We have been there twice, and we are always dreaming of going back. Everything is perfect about this house, it's quiet, beautiful, the host, Alessandra is the best host we've ever encountered, the views, oh my, the views! Breakfast and dinners outside...
