The balance of the reservation must be paid on arrival by cash<\/li>\n<li>The balance can be paid by cash, or paypal at the arrival.<\/li>\n<li>I<span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"en\" tabindex=\"-1\"><span class=\"hps\">f the payment<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">will not be<\/span> <span class=\"hps alt-edited\">soldered<\/span>, <span class=\"hps\">you will not entitled to enter in to <\/span><span class=\"hps\">the apartment<\/span>, and <span class=\"hps\">you will also lose<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">your deposit<\/span>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul><\/ul>\n<h3>Cancellation policy<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>In case of cancellation the 30% deposit payed at the booking time will not be refunded.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul><\/ul>\n<h3>Check-in and check-out<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Check-in from 2:30 pm to 7 pm. In case of late arrival or delay please give us a heads up<\/li>\n<li>Check-out within 10,30 am. Late check-out available with surcharge.<\/li>\n<li>Guests personal data will be registered upon arrival and forwarded to the local security authorities as required by Italian law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul><\/ul>\n<h3>Guests<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Unregistered people are not allowed to stay overnight.<\/li>\n<li>Tourist tax is \u20ac 2.00 for guest per night for the first 4 night of your stay.
